GUARANTEE / RETURNS

We stand by our hard work and proudly guarantee that every cozy item meets our standards for quality. Every blanket is triple checked for accuracy. Because these are hand made and yarn comes in specific lengths and we do have to connect the rolls. This will leave small knots where the yarn is connected. If there is an actual defect in your blanket, we will do everything in our power to fix it at no cost to you. We want our customers to be happy. That is the main goal.

 

If you want to return a product (for reasons other than quality issues) please contact us at jennifer@thechunkyknit.com. If we are not able to fix the blanket, we are happy to extend a full refund or create a brand new one. We want your experience with TCK to be only positive.

For reasons other than quality issues, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping to get the product back to us.

A refund will be applied to the payment method initially used for the purchase after we have received and processed your returned product. The refund amount will be the order total, less shipping. Returns must be noted within 1 week of the purchase date and returned within 2 weeks so that a refund can be processed.
